The name “Re:Nrob Lab” is derived from “Re-born” in reverse, symbolizing the revival of textiles that would otherwise end their lifecycle in incineration.
Today, many recycled materials still rely on energy-intensive processes—such as re-spinning fibers, chemical reprocessing, and remanufacturing—often resulting in significant carbon emissions.
Before more advanced low-impact technologies become widely available, we believe the most direct and effective way to reduce carbon footprint is to minimize unnecessary new production and make better use of materials that already exist.
We focus on recovering overlooked yet high-quality textile surplus—materials that have already been woven and finished, but are at risk of being discarded.
Through thoughtful design and collaborative applications, we bring these materials back into circulation, transforming them into products with both aesthetic and functional value.
