We value every choice, and we hope each product is used and appreciated over time.

1. 7-Day Inspection Period
In accordance with consumer protection regulations,
you are entitled to a 7-day inspection period (including weekends and holidays) starting from the date of delivery.

Please note that this is a review period, not a trial period.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with complete packaging.

2. Return Eligibility
To request a return, please ensure that:
The product has not been used or washed
The item is free from stains and odors
All original packaging is intact (including tags and packaging materials)
The item has not been damaged by human factors
Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

3. Return Process
Contact us within 7 days via Instagram or email
Provide your order details and reason for return
Ship the item back after confirmation
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

4. Shipping Costs
For returns due to personal reasons (e.g. size, preference):

For defective or incorrect items:

5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If needed, please return the item and place a new order.

6. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
Requests made after the 7-day inspection period
Items that have been used or washed
Items damaged due to improper use
Incomplete packaging

7. Additional Notes
Each product is carefully crafted.
Variations in fabric texture or minor details are natural and are not considered defects.
