I. Seven-Day Appreciation Period
According to the Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period (including holidays) after the arrival of the product.
The appreciation period is a "period of contemplation," not a trial period.
If you need to return an item, the product must remain in new, unused condition with complete packaging.

II. Return Conditions
If you wish to process a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
Product unused, unwashed
No stains, no odors
Complete packaging (including tags, packaging bags)
Not damaged by human factors

If the above conditions are not met, returns cannot be processed.

III. Return Process
Contact customer service within 7 days (IG / Email)
Provide order information and reason for return
Return the item after confirmation
After the item is inspected and found to be in order, a refund will be processed
The refund will be returned via the original payment method.

IV. Shipping Fee Explanation
For returns due to personal reasons (incorrect size, preference, etc.):

For defective products or incorrect items shipped:
👉 Shipping costs will be borne by our company

V. Exchange Policy
Currently, we offer "return and reorder" as the method,
Direct exchange service is not yet available.

VI. The following situations will not be accepted for returns or exchanges
Exceeding the 7-day appreciation period
Product has been used or washed
Damage caused by human factors
Incomplete packaging
