Shipping Fees
Taiwan
Main island: NT$80 (Free shipping for orders over NT$1,500)
Offshore islands: NT$120 (Free shipping for orders over NT$1,500)
International Orders
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of the items.

Taiwan (Main Island)
Home delivery and convenience store pickup are available
Delivery method will be arranged based on location and order conditions
Convenience store pickup can be selected at checkout
Taiwan (Offshore Islands)
Orders are shipped via postal service
International Shipping
Hong Kong: Express courier service
Other regions (Asia, USA, Canada, Europe): International postal service
Delivery Time
Taiwan
Main island: approximately 1–2 business days
Offshore islands: approximately 4–5 business days
Convenience store pickup: approximately 3–5 business days
(Excludes weekends and public holidays)
International
Hong Kong: approximately 3–5 business days
Asia: approximately 5–7 business days
United States & Canada: approximately 3–10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on local logistics conditions.
Shipping Delays
Shipment may be delayed under the following circumstances:
Incomplete or incorrect shipping information (e.g. address, phone number, email)
Recipient is unreachable or unable to receive the package
Weather conditions, system maintenance, or force majeure events
Stock adjustments, inventory checks, restocking, or pre-order production
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, or inability to receive the package,
the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fee required for re-delivery.
